Young women in the U.S. need more mentors, whether in college or in the workplace, to help them reach their dreams. But mentors can be hard to find.

1,000 Dreams Fund’s MentorHER Day Initiative was created to begin a national dialogue about the importance of mentorship and its positive impact on the professional advancement of young women – especially those in most need – while connecting them with the right mentor for a high impact mentoring session.
